3 cups powdered sugar (divided)
2/3 cup Baking Cocoa
1/2 cup butter or margarine (softened)
5-6 tbsp milk (divided)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Beat 1 cup of powdered sugar, cocoa, butter, 2 tbsp milk and vanilla extract in a small mixer bowl until creamy. Gradually beat in the remaining powdered sugar and milk until smooth. Add more or less milk to reach the desired consistency.
**To make sure you have enough frosting (this is just barely enough for an 8 inch round cake), I highly recommend making 1 1/2 x the recipe above.
